Welcome to our website and services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in coaching sessions, consultancy, online courses through the academy, and retreat bookings provided by Dorota Kubala, operating through Wild Blossom Consultancy & Retreats Ltd (Company Reg No: 10491582) and Women Without Limits Academy Ltd (Company Reg No: 17397445) ("we", "us", "our").

By booking a service, enrolling in a course, or attending a retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Principles & Scope of Service

Coaching & Consultancy Disclaimer: Coaching, eco-therapy, quantum practice, and consultancy services are designed for personal growth, self-development, and business education. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, psychotherapy, or legal/financial advice.
Client Responsibility: You remain fully responsible for your own choices, emotional well-being, physical health, decisions, and outcomes resulting from coaching, academy courses, or retreats.

2. Payments & Bookings

Pricing & Deposits: All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. To secure a place in a coaching program, academy course, or retreat, non-refundable deposits or full payments must be made as specified at the time of booking.
Payment Plans: If you elect to pay via an installment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments on time. Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of access to courses, calls, or retreat reservations.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Coaching & Consultancy Sessions:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance. Missed sessions without sufficient notice will be forfeited without a refund.

Academy Courses & Digital Content:

Due to the instant-access nature of downloadable digital materials, online portals, and course content, purchases are generally non-refundable once content access has been granted, except as required by UK Consumer Rights law.

Retreat Bookings:

Deposits: All retreat deposits are non-refundable as they secure venue bookings, accommodation, and external partner arrangements.
Participant Cancellation: If you cancel your retreat booking:
- More than 60 days before the retreat start date: You may receive a partial refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
- Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: All payments are strictly non-refundable due to pre-committed logistical costs.
Travel & Medical Insurance (Mandatory for International Retreats): You are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergency, personal injury, and repatriation for international retreats. We are not liable for any personal travel delays, lost luggage, or emergency medical costs.
Organiser Cancellation: In the rare event that we must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, safety risks, extreme events), you will be offered a full refund of retreat fees paid or a transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for non-refundable personal travel costs (e.g., airline tickets).

4. Health, Safety & Conduct (Retreats & Groups)

Health Declarations: You must disclose any physical, medical, or psychological conditions, severe allergies, or dietary requirements prior to participating in a retreat or intensive session.
Respectful Conduct: We maintain a supportive, inclusive, and safe space. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a call, online academy group, or retreat without a refund if their behavior is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to others.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, curriculum content, worksheets, recordings, brand assets, and course materials provided by Wild Blossom Consultancy & Retreats Ltd and Women Without Limits Academy Ltd remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dorota Kubala and the respective companies.
You are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license to view and download materials for your own personal development. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or shared with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any service, course, or retreat shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for that specific service.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, loss of business, or emotional distress.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
