Stop living by someone else`s map.
Trust your compass.
Choose your own way.
I have always been a traveller.
Not only across countries, landscapes and cultures, but through life itself.
I have crossed continents alone. I have lived and worked in different worlds. I have built things, organised things, led people, created businesses, raised a family, started again and followed paths I could not always see clearly when I first stepped onto them.
And somewhere along the way, I learned something I now know deeply:
My Inner Compass
For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn towards what is beyond the familiar.
Travel became one of my greatest teachers.
From Australia and India to Nepal, Asia and Africa, I travelled independently, often following curiosity rather than a perfectly planned route. I learned to listen, adapt, trust myself and stay open to what each place had to teach me.
Morocco became particularly important.
I kept returning to its landscapes, its people, its mountains and, above all, the Sahara.
There is something about the desert that strips life back to what matters.
The noise disappears.
The horizon becomes enormous.
And suddenly you can hear yourself again.
Over time, I began to understand that place is not simply a backdrop to transformation. It can become part of the process itself.
Nature can challenge us.
Silence can reveal us.
A different landscape can create a different perspective.
That understanding became one of the foundations of my work.
From Building Structures to Creating Transformation

The Journey Within
But before I could confidently guide other people through transformation, life asked me to walk through my own.
There were moments when the old map stopped working. Moments of uncertainty, change and deep questioning.
Moments when I had to look honestly at who I had become, what I had been carrying and what was no longer mine to carry.
I discovered that transformation isn't always about adding something new.
Sometimes it is about remembering.
Remembering your strength. Your voice.
Your intuition. Your desires.
The parts of yourself that became quieter while you were adapting to life.
That experience changed the way I work with people.
I stopped seeing transformation as something we can force.
I began seeing it as something we create the conditions for.
What I Bring to The Journey
I bring together structure and intuition, coaching and deep inner work, experience and curiosity, people and place.
My background in leadership, organisation, travel, retreats and coaching allows me to see both the bigger picture and the details that make an experience meaningful.
I draw from coaching, embodied practices, meditation, breathwork, EFT, intuitive and energy-based work, and the transformative power of nature, choosing what serves the person and the process.
There is no formula for transformation. Only the right elements, consciously brought together.
I work with women standing at a crossroads, women ready to reconnect with themselves, trust their inner voice and create what comes next.
And I work with practitioners who have knowledge, experience and something meaningful to give, helping them turn their gifts into transformational experiences for others.
Because I believe we all carry more than we realise.
Sometimes, all we need is the courage, space and right guidance to bring it to life.

I don`t have your map.
And I don't want to.
I am not here to tell you who to become, what your life should look like or which road you should take.
I am here to walk beside you for part of the journey.
To ask the question you have been avoiding.
To help you see what you cannot yet see.
To challenge the story that has become too small for you.
To create the space where your own inner compass becomes audible again.
And when you know your direction, to help you take the next step.
Because you don't need to know every turn in the road.
You need to know where you are going.
And then you need the courage to begin.
Know your destination.
Trust the journey.
Become the Person who can walk it.
We all carry something within us that is waiting to be lived.
My role is to help you recognise it, trust it and have the courage to bring it into the world.
